The service

PostPilot provides AI-generated social media content plans based on information you share. You are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it and for making sure it is accurate and lawful for your business.

Accounts

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Trials convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from the Billing area; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your content

You own the information you provide and the content generated for you. You give us permission to process it to run the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use PostPilot to create unlawful, deceptive, hateful or harmful content, or to attempt to break or overload the service.

Limits of liability

PostPilot is provided as is. AI output can contain mistakes. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the app.
